Skills: Cisco CUIC, EIM, CVP, CAD/Finesse, NICE Workforce Management (IEX), Verint Knowledge Management or similar KM system
 
Years’ experience required: 3-7
 
Brief Job Description and Duties:
  • This position will support PGE’s contact center technologies, including Cisco CUIC, Cisco Voice Portal (IVR), Cisco Agent Desktop (Cad) / Finesse, Virtual Hold, Cisco Email Interaction Manager, and others.
  • Duties will include direct administration and support of these applications, as well as working with PGE’s infrastructure and other IT teams, vendors, and third-party external support services to ensure seamless operation of these applications.
Required Skills:
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Cisco CUIC, EIM, CVP, CAD/Finesse.
Preferred job skills:
  • Preferred experience with other contact center technologies as well, such as NICE Workforce Management (IEX) or other call center workforce management suite, Verint Knowledge Management or similar KM system.
Top 3 skills to be successful in this role:
  • Ability to analyze and establish root causes of incidents and issues, work with inter-disciplinary team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, deep system knowledge of the contact center systems.
