1. Must have experience of Online bidding on portals like Upwork, ODesk, Guru and online tenders etc.
2. Should know how to build good bidding profiles and close deals successfully and should have good knowledge of writing well-defined proposals for projects and have experience in estimating the project price based on the requirement gathering.
3. Follow ups, Competition Analysis, discussion with offshore clients, Generating Business, Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.
4. Must have good understanding of website development, design & Internet Marketing.
5. Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for services and clients & close deals
6. Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Internet Marketing, Web Design & Web Application Development.
7. Should be comfortable in client interaction using e-mails, phone, and web conferencing and should have knowledge of sending quotations to the clients, negotiating the cost till the deal gets closed.
8. Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
9. Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies
10. Co-ordinate, organize and attend meetings with various clients; (from corporate clients to small business owners)
11. Knowledge of time span required for various projects of designing and development to be completed.
12. Following up clients continuously and responding to client inquiries.
13. Responsible for planning project progress define sub goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning
14. Salary will be fixed plus incentives upon achieving targets.
