Description: Join our dedicated team in driving forward transportation electrification initiatives. As a Transportation Electrification Program Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting programs aimed at making the transition to electric vehicles easier and more cost-effective. Your efforts will contribute to creating equitable, reliable, and affordable charging solutions for underserved communities.

Team and Work Environment: You'll be part of a dynamic team consisting of approximately 12 individuals focused on developing and supporting programs to advance the electrification of transportation. This team collaborates closely to provide incentives and rebates that facilitate the adoption of electric vehicles. Your role will involve high levels of interaction with teammates from various departments including Customer Experience, Data Science, and EV Operations & Maintenance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Your typical day will involve supporting the Municipal Charging Collaboration by conducting research to identify viable charging sites, performing data entry tasks, attending customer meetings, and coordinating program activities as needed. Attention to detail and project coordination will be crucial in your daily tasks.

Top Priorities: In your first few weeks and months, your top priorities will include understanding the Municipal Charging program thoroughly and becoming proficient in selecting optimal charging sites. You'll also assist with program operations and coordination as required.

Challenges: One of the primary challenges in this role will involve handling repetitive manual tasks associated with searching for pole sites and working with complex data sets.

Education and Experience: Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or a related area. Experience with scheduling and calendar management, MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with GIS and Google Maps is a plus.
