Job Title: Technical Manager - CIS
Duration: 6-12 Months W2
Location: Washington, DC (Candidates must be willing to travel to East Coast and travel is reimbursed)

The ideal candidate has performed the duties in the JD for the Utility sector, has previous experience with Oracle CCB/C2M/CCS, and has previous Implementation experience. The roles will be working specifically on the development integrations of Legacy Edge applications which will integrate with the Oracle CIS which is being implemented.

Job Description:
  • 15+ years of experience in public sector utility, including customer service, mobile workforce, IVR, payment processing, online banking, customer portal, billing, service order, meter reading, meter inventory, collections, bill print and postal mail
  • Expertise and ability to manage the development of (20+) integrations and interfaces using APIs, ETL, middleware, or custom code
  • Expertise managing concerns, risks, and issues
  • Experience providing team oversight and management
  • Ability to document and communicate to all levels of management and leadership
  • Customize integrations based on specific client requirement
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly between systems
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure they’re functioning properly
  • Collaborate closely with development and project management teams to ensure smooth integration of software systems
Job Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience managing in software integration(s)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the management needs (development and implementation) for integrations and interfaces
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with cloud-based systems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
