Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Producer to support our client’s marketing initiatives in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of about 25 professionals focused on driving program enrollment and customer communication for residential and business customers. This position offers potential for extension. Team: The Client Marketing team fosters collaboration using Microsoft platforms and the Adobe Creative Suite, managing projects via Workfront and AEM. Team members typically meet in the office 1-2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide project execution from concept to completion.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns aligned with business needs.
Create and manage briefs for creative teams.
Coordinate assignments and develop project plans with timelines and budgets.
Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout campaigns.
Education & Experience:
BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
3-6 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
4-6 years of relevant experience; utilities experience is a bonus.
Solid project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and experience in digital marketing/content strategy is a plus.
