The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of about 25 professionals focused on driving program enrollment and customer communication for residential and business customers. Team: The Client Marketing team fosters collaboration using Microsoft platforms and the Adobe Creative Suite, managing projects via Workfront and AEM. Team members typically meet in the office 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide project execution from concept to completion.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns aligned with business needs.
- Create and manage briefs for creative teams.
- Coordinate assignments and develop project plans with timelines and budgets.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout campaigns.
Education & Experience:
- BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience; utilities experience is a bonus.
- Solid project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and experience in digital marketing/content strategy is a plus.
