Job Title: Project Manager – OMS Upgrade
Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid – 2-3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract (with possible Extension or FTE conversion)
Hourly Rate: $80-$85 (DOE)

Required Skills: Project Management, Effective Organizational, Communication and Stakeholder management Skills.
Desired Skills: Utilities Operations, PMP, Some Technical Background.
Project Description:

Job Description:
The Project manager will perform responsibilities described herein and adequately provide overall project management to support the client’s Outage Management System Upgrade Project, providing day to day leadership of project functions.

The following project management activities & deliverables are required to be qualified for this role:

1. Facilitation of team meetings
2. Facilitation of design sessions
3. Providing project updates to the required stakeholders and project personnel per the project communications plan
4. Facilitation of project schedule inputs and updates
5. Creating, maintaining and communication of the project Risk register
6. Creating, maintaining and communication of the project organization chart
7. Maintaining and communicating on the project budget and forecast for the full scope of the funding project
8. Maintain and completing client’s System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.


Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree): Bachelors
Certification Requirements (Any Preferences): PMP
Total Experience: 5+
