Job Description: Join our client’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team, responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent. The team consists of 12 members, including 6 recruiters, 2 coordinators, 2 TA Ops, and 1 onboarding manager. You must have minimum 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting. In the initial months, rapidly learn recruiting processes and systems to build trust with the team and hiring managers and take on requisitions with confidence. Job challenge is in adapting to a new environment, particularly if new to the utilities industry. We use Workday as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Job Responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle of 25 requisitions, including posting, sourcing, screening, and making offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultation. Source and pre-screen candidates, enhancing the organization's employment brand. Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements.
Daily Duties: Flexibility to adapt based on business needs; may include additional sourcing support if requisition load is low. Engage with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process. Attend training and team meetings to build relationships and gain trust.
