Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Design comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
- Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans.
- Implementation and Customization
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Create plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Project Management
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Technical Leadership
- Mentor junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Promote best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.
- Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
- Conduct workshops and presentations on Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:

- Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proven success in leading Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
