Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, and a proven track record in project management. This role is critical in ensuring that the HR module effectively meets the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Oversight
    • Coordinate large-scale programs and multiple complex delivery projects.
    • Lead major projects, initiatives, and functional groups.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination
    • Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and external consultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  3. Project Planning
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining resources, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Accountable for delivering the initiative from conception to implementation.
  4. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
    • Engage with HR stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
    • Analyze current HR workflows for optimization within the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module.
  5. Customization and Configuration
    • Oversee customization and configuration of the HR module to align with organizational needs.
    • Ensure integration with payroll, finance, and recruitment systems.
  6. Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Develop test plans and manage the testing process to ensure module functionality meets requirements.
    • Address and resolve any issues identified during testing.
  7. Training and Change Management
    • Organize and oversee training programs for HR staff and end-users.
    • Manage change processes to support the transition to the new HR system.
  8. Data Migration and Integration
    • Plan and execute the migration of existing HR data, ensuring data integrity.
    • Manage integration with other Oracle Cloud modules or third-party applications.
  9. Ongoing Support and Optimization
    • Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation.
    • Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  10. Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Generate and analyze HR metrics reports, such as employee turnover and recruitment effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • ERP Experience: 10-15 years in Oracle ERP, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion implementation (HCM, Payroll, and Benefits).
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion HR functionalities and integration capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective in identifying and resolving implementation challenges.

  • Project Management Tools: Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira for task management.
