Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, and a proven track record in project management. This role is critical in ensuring that the HR module effectively meets the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight
- Coordinate large-scale programs and multiple complex delivery projects.
- Lead major projects, initiatives, and functional groups.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and external consultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining resources, deliverables, and timelines.
- Accountable for delivering the initiative from conception to implementation.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Engage with HR stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze current HR workflows for optimization within the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module.
- Customization and Configuration
- Oversee customization and configuration of the HR module to align with organizational needs.
- Ensure integration with payroll, finance, and recruitment systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Develop test plans and manage the testing process to ensure module functionality meets requirements.
- Address and resolve any issues identified during testing.
- Training and Change Management
- Organize and oversee training programs for HR staff and end-users.
- Manage change processes to support the transition to the new HR system.
- Data Migration and Integration
- Plan and execute the migration of existing HR data, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage integration with other Oracle Cloud modules or third-party applications.
- Ongoing Support and Optimization
- Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics reports, such as employee turnover and recruitment effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Project Management Expertise: Proficient in methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- ERP Experience: 10-15 years in Oracle ERP, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion implementation (HCM, Payroll, and Benefits).
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion HR functionalities and integration capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders across various departments.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective in identifying and resolving implementation challenges.
