Job Description:
- This is an applications support role, with Power BI related tasks and Integration with other Enterprise Applications like ServiceNow. You will join team of 8 to deliver effective IT solutions and maintain system performance; our client team primarily consists of developers supporting system applications, alongside a few project managers facilitating IT projects to:
- Maintain and support operational systems in production.
- Build integrations and respond to development requests, particularly using Power BI.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Analyze service delivery against agreements and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies that could enhance processes and solutions.
- As a Systems Application Developer, you will support the operational efforts to maintain our existing systems, build integrations, address break/fix items, and manage new requests as they arise. Daily interaction with team members and the hiring manager will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration. Your primary challenge will be to rapidly understand the scope of work and the systems in place.
Experience Requirement:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in application development.
- Developer experience with AWS and API integration.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience with ServiceNow is essential.
- Ability to analyze problems logically and draw valid conclusions.
- Capacity to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively and adapt to changing environments.
Tasks:
- Quickly familiarize yourself with current systems and operational needs.
- Begin supporting requests related to Power BI and other development needs.
- Contribute to building new integrations to improve system functionality.
