Role: Lead Oracle Analytics Report Solution Architect (OAC, OUAV)
Duration: 18 months (Contract)
Location: Richmond, Virginia (onsite)
Mon-Thu Onsite, Travel in East Coast is required

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Utilities Analytics Visualizer (OUAV))
  • Extensive background in Oracle C2M, CCB, and CCS report development, with leadership experience
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end reporting solutions, with a focus on solution architecture and scalability
  • Expertise in data analysis, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and governance in reporting systems
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of reporters to successfully deliver reporting solutions
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and troubleshooting in complex reporting systems
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, conducting end-user training, and ensuring security and compliance
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Architecture:
  1. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure reporting solutions in Oracle Cloud (OAC, OUAV), aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  3. Oversee integration of Oracle Cloud reporting tools with other enterprise systems.
  • Team Leadership & Reporting Delivery:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of 7-8 reporters to deliver high-quality reporting solutions, ensuring timely project delivery.
  2. Drive the team towards delivering a critical reporting tool by February 2026.
  • Report Development & Maintenance:
  1. Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards using OAC and OUAV.
  2. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and optimal performance in all reporting solutions.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  1. Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure data integrity.
  2. Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools.
  • Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:
  1. Monitor and optimize report performance; resolve issues related to data extraction and report generation.
  • Compliance & Security:
  1. Ensure reporting solutions comply with data governance and security policies.
  2. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data in reports.
