Role: Oracle Analytics Developer - C2M, CCB, CCS
Duration: 18 months (Contract)
Location: Richmond , Virginia (onsite)
Mon-Thu Onsite, Travel in East Coast is required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud, OUVA (Oracle Universal Visual Analyzer))
• Must have prior experience Oracle C2M/CCB,CCS Reports Development and Lead experience
• Report Design and Development
• Data Analysis and Accuracy
• Strong understanding of data integrity, governance, and performance optimization in reporting systems.
• Proven experience in stakeholder collaboration and end-user training.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices

Specific tasks to be performed:
• Reporting Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud applications. This
role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insightful
analytics that support business decision-making.
o Report Strategy
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design the reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Lead the integration of Oracle Cloud reporting tools with other enterprise systems
o Report Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and deploy reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools (Oracle Analytics Cloud, OUVA,
etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and analytics solutions
- Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes, standards, and procedures
o Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and availability
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Cloud reporting tools and solutions
o Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data extraction
o Compliance and Security
- Ensure reporting solutions comply with organizational data governance and security policies
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within reports
