Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Work Order & Asset Management Specialist with proven experience in integrating City Works with Oracle Customer Information Systems (CIS), Field Services, and/or Mobile Workforce Management (MWM). This role involves conducting assessments, identifying business processes, and developing solutions tailored to utilities such as water, gas, and wastewater.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an assessment to evaluate whether the current solution (City Works or others) will meet future state requirements.
• Collaborate with utility stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business processes and requirements for future state solutions.
• Develop and implement pilots or prototypes using City Works for dispatch and field operations.
• Provide technical expertise in work order and asset management best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience with City Works.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Work Order & Asset Management (WAM), Field Services, and/or MWM.
• Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of utility operations, including water, gas, and wastewater.
  • Expertise in dispatch and field operations.
• Skills:
  • Business process analysis and requirements documentation.
  • Pilot development and prototyping.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with utility-specific solutions and systems integration.
• Background in assessing and implementing future-state solutions for utilities.
