Job Title: Business Analyst - Records Retention Duration: 6-9 months (with likely extension) Location: Richmond, VA (initial 6-8 weeks onsite) Travel Reimbursed: Yes (possibility of a hybrid schedule of 1-2 weeks per month offsite)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on operational readiness.
Experience in developing knowledge management systems, with at least 2+ implementations preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with cross-functional teams and content creation.
Experience with workflow/process development and documentation management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
Ability to stay highly organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced project environments.
Utility industry experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and establish a strategy for records retention and knowledge management for customer systems.
Meet with key stakeholders to understand the current (as-is) and future (to-be) states and define SLAs.
Develop knowledge management content, reports, and dashboards to support operational needs.
Establish a change control process and assist stakeholders during implementation and adoption.
Ensure that the schedule, scope, and budget are maintained throughout the project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the final solution aligns with the strategic goals.
