Primary Responsibilities:

- Synthesize solutions across network infrastructure, software development, and enterprise architecture to meet business needs.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose comprehensive, innovative solutions.
- Bridge gaps between technical implementation and business requirements to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate, optimize, and refine existing technical processes and systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term technical strategies to drive organizational success.
- Execute tactical plans under strategic guidance, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Assess project requirements, determine optimal execution paths, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate technical risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate directly with the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and key agency stakeholders.
- Interface effectively with various technical teams, business units, and leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts and jargon into clear and understandable language for non-technical audiences.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
