Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Analyst to join our team and collaborate directly with technical leadership to drive innovation and transformation across our enterprise systems and processes. This dynamic role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly integrate multiple technical disciplines while aligning strategically with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic insight to ensure the efficient and successful execution of complex projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Integration & Analysis
    • Synthesize solutions across network infrastructure, software development, and enterprise architecture to meet business needs.
    • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose comprehensive, innovative solutions.
    • Bridge gaps between technical implementation and business requirements to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
    • Evaluate, optimize, and refine existing technical processes and systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
  2. Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Support the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term technical strategies to drive organizational success.
    • Execute tactical plans under strategic guidance, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
    • Assess project requirements, determine optimal execution paths, and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate technical risks.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate directly with the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and key agency stakeholders.
    • Interface effectively with various technical teams, business units, and leadership.
    • Translate complex technical concepts and jargon into clear and understandable language for non-technical audiences.
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

    • Demonstrated capacity for complex systems thinking, with the ability to synthesize diverse information.

      • Network infrastructure and architecture

    • Strong understanding of the difference between strategic and tactical approaches and how to apply them effectively.
    • Ability to identify critical path items and prioritize accordingly.
    • Experience in solution architecture and design.
    • Capacity to balance short-term project needs with long-term organizational goals.
