Job Responsibilities:
- Lead budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with departments to review funding requests and ensure resource alignment.
- Assess fiscal impacts of legislation and support published budget documents.
- Provide guidance to junior analysts and act as a financial resource across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budget management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
