Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Grants Management System (GMS) implementation to plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints. The Program Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including resource acquisition, coordination of team members and third-party contractors, and delivery of high-quality project outcomes. This role requires expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, and translating business vision into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business vision and goals into detailed business requirements and actionable project plans.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and programs with significant scope simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Develop and execute project strategies aligned with both business and technical objectives.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication processes for project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee quality control, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive execution of project deliverables and monitor performance metrics to ensure success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven program management experience with demonstrated success managing complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Grants Management Systems (GMS) – required.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
