Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead a 12-week engagement supporting process analysis and workflow mapping for an Emergency Response division. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and the ability to deliver clear documentation and actionable recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication.
• Conduct process analysis, workflow mapping, and gap assessments.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and monitor issues throughout the project.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and communications.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support future-state process definition.
• Lead stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and improvement insights.
• Support development of workflow maps, recommendations, and RFP documentation.

Job Requirements

• Extensive project management experience, ideally in public sector or emergency response environments.
• Strong skills in workflow mapping, process analysis, and gap analysis.
• Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to develop recommendations based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Strong leadership with a focus on quality assurance and timely delivery.
