Job Title: Manufacturing Analyst 2
Work location: Onsite in El Segundo, CA
Work schedule: 9x80 A shift
Duration: 6 months
Terms: W2 contract
Work authorization: US Citizen with an Active US Government Security Clearance
Position summary:
- We are looking for a Manufacturing Analyst 2 to support our client’s Tool Engineering department.
- As a member of the Tool Engineering department you’ll get to work on advanced airframe assembly and fabrication tooling.
- This position will serve on-site at El Segundo.
Responsibilities:
- Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
- The Analyst may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
- Manufacturing Analysts are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related degree.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Secret clearance that is in-scope (granted or renewed in the last 6 years)
- Must be able to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial planning and/or budget development and/or analysis and/or plant controller and/or cost analysis.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
- Active U.S. Government security clearance.
