Location: Nashville, TN – 7.5 hrs Daily
Duration: 12 Months – W2 Role
We are seeking an IT Deployment Team Member to support the delivery, installation, configuration, and deployment of laptops and IT equipment.

We are seeking an IT Deployment Team Member to support the delivery, installation, configuration, and deployment of laptops and IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, install, and configure computers
- Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
- Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities
- Communicate effectively with end users and team members
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas
- Travel to different TDOT sites as required, including travel across the state of Tennessee (travel expenses will be reimbursed by state guidelines)
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
