Follow-up Worklist: Configure worklists for each organization, including follow-up reasons, group creation, user assignments, status outlines, and follow-up letters.
Order Building: Build and configure non-medication orders for each organization, including order sets and groups.
Lab Orders (In-House & Outside): Create and configure additional laboratory orders for each organization as needed.
Flowsheets: Update flowsheet permissions, groupings, and required modifications.
Template Permissions: Grant user permissions to templates as requested.
Template Updates: Review configured templates across environments, identify configuration differences, provide findings to the EHR Team, and implement requested updates.
ProDash Configuration: Configure provider access and organization-specific ProDash settings (additional development details to be provided).
Billing Templates: Create billing templates using the provided outline and validate conditional logic on existing templates.

Perform validation testing following system updates using provided test scripts.
Document and share testing results with the EHR Team.
Monitor end-user support channels and resolve issues using established support procedures.
Escalate issues requiring additional assistance to the EHR Team.

Update user accounts by modifying access dates, locations, roles, and user information.
Notify the EHR Team when user accounts cannot be located.

Test user roles whenever new features or system changes are introduced.
Validate user roles in new or copied environments to ensure proper access and functionality.
Report testing results and any identified issues.

Convert Scribe documentation into user-friendly training materials.
Create training videos and documentation using provided scripts and guidance.
Process EHR training registration requests by verifying user access in the appropriate environments and report any discrepancies to the EHR Team.

Configure the Drug Item Master by assigning drug items to each site.
Update the Medical Formulary by applying drug items across all applicable sites.
Create Order Checks according to provided instructions.
Build and configure medication-related components, including:
- Orderable Items
- Order Groups
- Order Sets
Assign Regional Medical Directors to applicable orderable items for each site.

Transfer medication inventory from regional/central pharmacies to each site before go-live.
Set initial inventory levels for each site prior to implementation.
Perform manual inventory adjustments as requested during system transition.

Build and configure new drug items across all applicable sites and environments.
Update existing drug items and medication configurations as requested across all environments.
