Title : Fleet / Facilities Technical Coordinator
Location: Nashville, TN ,W2 , CST
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Duration: 3 months
Candidate Requirement: Must be local and within 50 miles of Nashville, TN

Our Client is seeking a Fleet/Facilities Technical Coordinator to provide short-term operational and administrative support to the Fleet/Facilities Asset Section.

The successful candidate will support daily fleet and facility-related activities, including communication, tracking, documentation, data updates, and coordination with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support motor pool and fleet-related activities.
  • Maintain and update fleet order, asset tracking, and related systems.
  • Organize and maintain records and documentation.
  • Assist with asset inventory and tagging information.
  • Support surplus, delivery, and asset tracking activities.
  • Monitor follow-up items related to fleet acquisition, warranties, invoices, and operational requests.
  • Prepare and update standard operating procedures, communication materials, status reports, and other operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support dashboards, reports, data collection, and operational analysis.
  • Review and track invoices, purchase orders, contracts, warranty information, delivery terms, and asset-related financial records.
  • Quickly learn existing processes and independently manage assigned tasks.
  • Provide responsive and organized support in a changing operational environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, fleet/facility operations, or a related technical discipline; OR
  • High school diploma/equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, audit information, or compliance-related files.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting fleet, facility, maintenance, asset management, or related technical operations.
  • Experience with asset inventory, asset tagging, asset tracking, or maintaining asset records in a database/system.
  • Working knowledge of dashboards, reports, data collection, or data analysis.
  • Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, contracts, warranties, delivery information, or asset-related financial records.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage changing prioritie
  • Education/Experience:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field + 3 years of relevant experience; OR
  • High school diploma/equivalent + 5 years of relevant maintenance or related technical experience.
  • Relevant experience includes fleet/facility operations, maintenance, asset inventory/tagging/tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, dashboards/reports, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, warranties, and operational support.
