Candidates MUST have advanced knowledge as a Business Analyst in SalesForce CRM/Cloud (PowerClerk Software & Utility/Energy Sector Interconnection is a very desired requirement) with in-depth customer experiences and 7+ years of experience as a professional IT Business Analyst.
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Utility, Interconnection, Tableau
Duration: 6 months (potential p extension beyond initial 6 months) 06/07/2021 to 10/08/2021

Required skills:
Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
Business consulting
Requirements elicitation
experience designing business processes and configuring business applications to support them
Presentation and documentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Key skills:
Energy sector or utility technology experience
Experience with PowerClerk software
Experience with SalesForce CRM and/or SalesForce Experience Cloud
Reporting capability using Excel and or Tableau
Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst will gather and organize business requirements for IT systems changes to improve business processes and drive excellent customer experiences. This role will interact with department leaders and subject matter experts and rely on functional expertise from a range of IT specialists to identify, prioritize, and implement shorter-term changes while also providing the information required for longer-term technology decisions.
Job Responsibility:
The analyst will influence and interact with ~10-15 team members, stakeholders and leaders. This role is associated with a high-profile initiative to improve the interconnection process for residential installers and developers of grid-scale energy projects. A series of workshops over a six-month period have created the starting point for rapid action.
Experience Required: 7-10 years analyst experience working with MS Office Excel advanced proficiency and Tableau
Education Required: BS / BA in related field
