Prefer a PMP certified Program Manager with experience in running programs over $1M across multiple years. Ability to lead and drive cross-functional, geographically disperse programs with multiple work streams. Job duties include coaching, mentoring and performance tracking.

Required skills: MS Project, MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, Strong budget / cost management experience
Desired skills: Extensive experience in Project Management process including developing and driving process and tools standardization and adoption.
Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Coaching and mentoring of Project team members including less seasoned Project managers in an inspirational and effective manner is critical.
Substantial experience leading multiple projects in a large scale Systems delivery environment.

Job Responsibility:
Coaching, mentoring and performance tracking
Ability to drive clear results and influence others towards a business objective regardless of reporting structure
Ability to intake high-level business needs and translate them into technical requirements and an executable plan
Responsible for leading and managing undefined and ambiguous strategic initiatives across many functions, including managing potentially large scales of change during program inception
Formulate and drive actionable recommendations in order to solve complex problems
Constantly seeking opportunities to bring high value and commitment to team in order to cultivate a culture of inclusion
You have an equal seat at the table holding cross-functional stakeholders accountable where work is needed to scope flexible, engineering solutions fast and efficiently in order to meet the consumer need

Key Accountabilities:
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers, the business community, external customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Stay up to date on current and future warehouse execution technologies, capabilities and trends.

• Extensive knowledge of excel for report creation and tracking

• Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply chain systems.
• Travel for projects as required domestically and internationally
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams.
Experience Required:
You have a mastery of fundamental project management skills with a passion for Agile principles and Scrum practices
You have a consistent track record of success driving complex global projects from inception to reality
You can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute with precision
You have a deep understanding of what it takes to ship software iteratively in collaboration with large engineering and design teams

You have excellent communication skills (building presentations, editing, and writing) with proven experience leading discussions with senior leadership
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or equivalent and 6+ years tech exp or business exp that includes working closely with IT. PMP certified and experience in running programs over $1M across multiple years. Ability to lead and drive cross-functional, georgaphically disperse programs with multiple work streams. Will include coaching, mentoring and performance tracking.
