Job Description: The Project Coordinator would be responsible to coordinate between various internal client groups as well as the external vendor under guidance of Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Operations to ensure project remains on schedule and blockers are surfaced to be resolved. Project Coordinator would be accountable to the Customer Operations Manager and will help coordinate configuration and setup effort for below two SaaS solutions with external vendors and internal deployment groups:
Customer Testing improvements Client is moving their in-house digital testing to a vendor provided version; setup the vendor, track it through IT’s assessment, work with the vendor to do the implementation and roll it out internally to be used
Digital Asset Management – Client team is moving to an asset management system that integrate into various other systems through pre-configured integration points and would require interfacing with IT Teams to ensure success. Training and onboarding documentation is key to ensure their Brand team adopts and maximizes the new tools.
