Learning System Administrator - Degreed

Job Description:
The purpose of this request is to procure System administration of Degreed, Learner Experience Platform (this is required) — with Totara, Learning Management System (experience as an added benefit); thoughtful leadership in ensuring Nike is leveraging the functionality available on the platforms. This position will report to our client’s Talent Management and Technology Talent Development HR team, learning Ops team.
Help our client ramp up on newly released Degreed platform
Experience in managing a complex Learning Landscape with SAP integrations.
Thoughtful leadership in ensuring Nike is leveraging the functionality available on the platforms.
Good Communication – Written and Verbal Ability to work across multiple teams in fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Remote: 100% Remote

Must Have:  System administration of Degreed, Learner Experience Platform — with Totara, Learning Management System (bonus)

Job Responsibilities:
Develops partnerships and works closely with business team members to understand and document day in the life and usability requirements through storyboards, wireframes, user interface specifications and other documentation.
Creates integration context diagrams and associated systems process models to aid in clarity
Works closely with Business functional analyst and business customer to ensure information and integration requirements are clearly understood and resolve any conflicts
Creates and maintains paper prototypes, User Interface (UI) storyboards and UI specifications by working closely with functional analysts and Business team members
Participates in creating the organization, navigation, and the look-n-feel of the UI for the application in collaboration with systems/functional analysts and Business team members
Defines test scenarios based on business processes and may participate in integration testing when needed
Conducts usability User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with business teams.

Education and Qualifications Required:
Degrees required for this job: A bachelor’s degree in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred, but not required

Years of experience required for this job: 6+ years of relevant experience with System administration of Degreed, Learner Experience Platform and Learning Management
