Short Description of this role:
In building a smarter, more resilient grid, more complexity is being introduced which is making it more difficult for business users to record events in an accurate and timely manner using existing and paper logging processes.

Job Responsibilities:
 Candidate will develop and execute a change management strategy to support the implementation and adoption of a centralized electronic grid log and workflow application across Transmission & Distribution. Successful implementation is critical to streamlining our processes, ensuring accuracy, and improving safety. Automated logging will enable users to reliably track activity during normal, abnormal, and emergency operating conditions. It will also enable easy data retrieval, critical to support decision-making and for audit purposes.

As a Change Manager Consultant,
Resource will develop and execute change management strategies and tactics that drive adoption of this new tool and behaviors. Success for this project depends on behavioral changes in a wide diversity of employees. We need your expertise, passion, and ingenuity.

Team Size: 
There is a small core project team, business and executive sponsors, and success will require collaboration with other change managers, project managers and many stakeholders across the entire  Client's organization.
Candidate resumes are required to reflect evidence of delivery for all the following change management deliverables:
  • Stakeholder analysis, assessment, and engagement
  • Communications planning, development, and execution
  • Change impacts assessment
  • Training planning, development and execution
  • Readiness assessment and adoption measurement
  • Stabilization planning and execution.

Preferred job skills:
• Change management experience on a full-cycle systems implementation
• Project management skills
• Utility or manufacturing/operations experience
• Process improvement experience
• 5+ years as a Change Management Professional

# of Years of Experience: 10+ or more with Professional Experience
