Project Coordinator – MS Office, PM Tools

We seek applicants for a Project Coordinator role with a major utility company in Portland, OR. The position may be onsite for 2-3 days a week and remote the remaining time. The person will support projects located in Madras and Estacada, OR, and the ability to travel to the site is required.

Job Title: Project Coordinator – MS Office, PM Tools
Duration: 2 years (contract)

NOTE: 
This person will support projects located in Madras and Estacada, OR and ability to travel to the site is required. The “home base” for this person could be Madras or Estacada and they wouldn’t need to work at Portland WTC location


Key Skills: MS Office, Project Management Tools, Project coordination, Documentation, and Scheduling.

Job Description and Required Experience:
  • 2-5 years of Project Coordination experience
  • Provide support for project managers on various projects
  • Duties may include project coordination and controls activities, project planning, project scoping, project schedules/Gant chart development and tracking, resource estimation, business case development, process mapping for the current state and future state solution designs, project plan development, weekly reporting and progress monitoring, support for project communications
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, other related fields, or equivalent experience.
