Job Description of this role:
As a Change Manager for customer platforms, candidate will work with the Oracle Utilities Uplift team to drive change management around communications and training. Resource will foster cultural change within IT enabling, adoption of new processes, tools, and cultural behavior. As a partner to the business, resource will ensure the right training materials and communications are happening. Resource will be a thoughtful servant leader who communicates well with all levels of the organization while delivering communications and training for an enterprise upgrade. Resource seek to motivate and influence while focusing on accountability and transparency. Resource have tolerance for ambiguity as they can walk into a situation and quickly determine what needs to be done and how to do it.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communications schedule for the upgrade that keeps everyone informed and up to date on upgrade project
  • Partner with Upgrade team, QA team and business partners to develop training plan and as is and to be process documentation
  • Create training materials with cross functional team and ensure that training materials deliver the intended value to our business partners.
  • Help manage project budget and Jira development processes
  • Lead uncomfortable conversations regarding tradeoffs in scope and timing of training materials.
  • Ensure and maintain needed documentation for regulatory requirements.
  • Document business processes when needed and provide instructional documentation for upgraded systems
  • Lead by exhibiting values of honesty, transparency, accountability, respect and innovation.
  • Cultivate cultural shift and maintain employee morale while adjusting communications and training
  • Drive results across a broad section of internal stakeholders
  • Deliver communications and information in an appealing and easy to understand manner
  • Assess and communicate the effectiveness of your work while being open to continuous improvements to adjust your method and communications


Required  skills:
  • 5+ years working in software environment - with deep knowledge of creative tools to drive project communications and training.
  • Strong creative skills – design, video presentations
  • Established Project management experience
  • Can do attitude and comfortable managing multiple high priorities simultaneously
  • Conversant in training design and adult learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with colleagues
  • Knowledge of Jira or Similar Agile management systems preferred
  • Project Management /Scrum master certification in Agile, Scaled Agile or PMI certification is also preferred
  • Direct experience with building and delivering training
